Finally the day came when I got to buy my very
first car ever. It ended up being a 1998 Jeep Grand
Cherokee.
I've been looking for a car in the last couple
of weeks, and have brought Kapur with me as technical
assistance. The first couple of cars we checked
out looked good, but there were several things wrong
with them. By coincidence I found this one close
by. Kapur approved after checking it thoroughly.
The car seems to be in good shape and seems solid,
and so far I'm satisfied with my investement.
To my good friend Ivers huge dissappointment it
does not have 4 wheel drive, but I figure I don't
really need it cause South Carolina is REALLY flat.
The engine is a straight six 4.0 litre with 190
horsepower. I have to have some power if I'm going
to move this thing forward. To my big dissappointment
it does not have a CD player, which is something
I have to fix as soon as possible (It's just a bit
hard to find one that matches, cause of stupid original
parts).
The insurrance is ready on Monday or Tuesday, then
I'll drive like mad!
